Academic and non-academic staff may also benefit from the Erasmus scheme by taking part in teaching and training visits to partner institutions. These can provide valuable professional development opportunities for staff and a means of improving communications and relations with the partner institution. In addition, it provides an opportunity to visit any students who may be on exchange at a partner institution. Funding is available to support these visits.

Additional training opportunities

Currently there are additional training opportunities that have been running under the Leonardo Da Vinci actions. In view of the pending approval of the new program information regarding training opportunities abroad will be announced as soon as the new program will be launched in 2014.
