For the sake of transparency, tuition fees at Frederick Institute of Technology are calculated based on European Credit Units (ECTS) and are independent of teaching hours and other parameters that lead to ambiguity regarding the actual cost of attendance. Furthermore, through ECTS-based billing, students have a clear and unambiguous way of calculating tuition fees for their study program. Each academic year corresponds to 60 ECTS, regardless of the study program, so each student knows exactly the expected costs for the academic year and the program as a whole.

Furthermore, there are no additional fees charged for lab exercises, workshops, tutorials or support courses, so you have full knowledge of your financial obligations for all years of your study.

For the academic year 2025-26 we are offering special reduced tuition fees.

In cases where a student withdraws from the Program of Studies or from a course in the program, tuition fees are refunded, according to the table below:

We provide scholarships to students based on their performance in secondary education and their performance at Frederick Institute of Technology. Based on the above, for the first year of study, the discount rate can range from 10% to 100% and for the second year from 5% to 50%. Scholarships are also offered for excellence in sports.

  • Tuition reduction of 5% for each student in cases of simultaneous study of two siblings and 10% for each student in cases of simultaneous study of three or more siblings at Frederick University or Frederick Institute of Technology.
  • 10% tuition reduction for children, spouses or siblings of our graduates.
  • Financial assistance for families with financial problems. Students with serious financial problems may submit a written application for financial support.
  • Special discount for students from large families.
