At Frederick Institute of Technology, we want to create an environment that will provide you with a complete student experience. That's why your opinion matters. We consider each and every one of you as a valuable member of our community. Your opinion is crucial to what we do well and what we can do even better to support your educational journey.
In the innovative Student Advocate service, each student can confidentially "file" questions, concerns and complaints related to their studies and academic and administrative procedures. The Advocate is not only there to offer solutions but also to empower students to develop skills that will help them resolve potential difficulties and be able to experience the student experience more productively and pleasantly.
At the same time, the Student Ombudsman's concern is to collect feedback on the experiences of students in all areas of student life through targeted questionnaires and focus groups in order to improve the student experience where necessary.
